EVENT-DAY STAFFING
Event-day staffing is the next step in securing media
coverage for your event. During the event, we help members
of the media get their credentials easily, as well as make
sure they see the most important aspects of the event. We
also escort camera crews on-site, and lead them to the
appropriate person for interviews.
Plus, High Performance Prose can offer several unique
services during an event. For instance, we work with great
photographers and writers all the time--and we can arrange
for them to produce turnkey stories about your event for
print and Internet publications that are unable to attend.
At the minimum, we can bring a photographer to the event
to take a wide range of photos, then make them available to
the media for post-event coverage.
We can even provide exclusive shots to each publication, if
they prefer.
